Over the last few days the waves have been completely firing on the North Shore of Oahu. There has been contests there and all of the worlds best surfers are currently in Hawaii living the good life of being on perfect Pipeline. Pipeline is one of the worlds best surf spots its an icon of the whole surfing world. I have always planned on going there for most of my life and hopefully I will go there soon. 

The surf spot is known for its massive waves with huge barrels. When winter time comes around is when this spot is pumping and the waves get really big. I really want to surf at this spot. The wave breaks on very shallow reef,  you can get seriously injured at this spot and you may even die. There has been many recored deaths at this spot.  

To surf at this spot you have to be very experienced and very skillful in the sport of surfing because of how steep the wave breaks. I believe that I can surf this spot but not when its super big there of course. Hawaii pipeline is a very beautiful place and I plan on going there a lot.  

My favorite hobby

My favorite hobby to do is what I love to do the most, surfing. I love surfing so much its my favorite thing to do ever. I have been surfing for a few years now and it is very fun. I was on my old schools surf team and it was pretty rad. I try and go surfing every day if I can. I believe that if you love the sport or your favorite hobby so much you can become one with it and get really good and progress really far in the sport or hobby.

The people that are involved in the surfing culture are probably the most chill people on the planet. The surfing culture alone emits a lot of good vibes and positive energy throughout it's people. Surfing is very popular especially along the coasts of most countries. The country that loves surfing the most has got to be Australia. Most of the history of surfing originates from Australia and the people there love it!

I love to go surfing with my friends and just having a really good time because thats what life is about. Its about doing what you love and surfing brings a lot of joy to me which is why I do it. The skateboarding culture is very similar to surfing in the people and they can both relate to each other because most people who surf also skateboard. Surfing is my favorite thing in the world.

My name is Abel Daugherty I live in Newport Beach CA and i am 15. My main hobbies consist of surfing and skating a lot. On my free time when the waves are flat I like to skate and hangout with my friends and have a good time. My goal in life is to be happy and find joy in what I do. I love making other people happy and spreading positivity.

I have a family as most people do I live with my mom and my brother. My moms name is Sara and my brothers name is Daxon. I am not a fan of sports I kind of hate normal everyday american sports such as baseball, basketball, football.
